CDs are posted to UK destinations using First Class Royal Mail. Orders to Europe and the rest of the World are shipped by Airmail. The Airmail delivery aim is 3-7 days but be prepared for a bit longer if you live in a remote location.

Return Policy

Returns policy for downloads - returns or refunds cannot be made on digital files. The tracks, videos and other digital files were uploaded in perfect working condition. Therefore, if you receive corrupted/faulty files you should contact Bandcamp who are happy to rectify the situation.

Returns policy for CDs - All CDs (except Hands of Friendship) are shrink-wrapped and so in factory condition. Therefore, returns are not permitted unless there is a substantial fault that is unlikely to be caused by human interference, e.g., the CD does not play in full but appears visually to be in excellent condition; there is a significant blemish which causes a track to skip etc.

Our CDs are always shipped in padded envelopes which offer good protection against knocks and therefore refunds or returns are not provided for damage to CD cases.

In several years of trading, Snow Beach Records is not aware of any CDs/products being lost in transit.
However, if you order a CD and it is not delivered to you after a reasonable period, please contact Snow Beach Records who can provide you with a copy of the proof of posting so that you can make a claim to the Royal Mail.
